I used to buy wine online and ship to maryland with no problems
now i went to different websites
and 5 of them said
NO SHIP TO MARYLAND

Answer by A.Mercer I do not know of news specific to Maryland, but I have heard that some states have been cracking down on people who do not pay their taxes for alcohol or tobacco purchases online. Those taxes are not sales taxes but are consumption taxes and are allowed. The people doing the selling are supposed to collect them and then turn that money over to the state. I remember reading an article about New York or New Jersey cracking down on sites selling cigarettes for this reason. I would not be suprised to find out that Maryland is doing the same for wine.

Answer by William M Hi ozzie ,you could try ” Grays online ” just type it in your URL as that ,you can buy cleanskins or bid on an item ,they list between 10,000 to 15,000 different types of wine from all over aust. and if in a case lot in some cases its free delivery ,when you say chardonnay there are heaps of them , I`m in newcastle ,but I often select jacobs creek ,chrouchin reisling , and often I go to the vineyards to taste ,so many different types of chardonnay ,they sell cleanskins for $ 3.00 a btl but no 2 bottles are the same , if you type in victorian bottle shops you might jag the particular wine of your interest ,
